had a heavy discussion with mama after going to the docs. you really realise how ugly people have become over the years. not facially challenged lurh. as in ugly personality. people now lack the heart and generosity. i was saying how big shot specialists cock the fricking prices up sooooooooo high when it's all about how much they want to earn.

okay so your parents bring you to the uni, you need equipment for your surgery, anaesthetic, whatever. these are long term investments, ya? It's not like one per patient; especially the equipment. considering you divide it to like 400 patients (comon, one lifetime, surely more patients than that right, especially if you're big shot.)

it'll probably go down to like few hundreds per patient (excluding those that just consult and don't op, they already overcharge the consult fees.) and say for all your hard work you want to earn like a few hundred for everything; okay fine you cock it up by that much. that should be like the basic you know. but doctors now fricking jack the prices up like whatever whatevers. they extra you know, is how much they CHOOSE to earn from you. and i'm like; what's the world coming to.

maybe i haven't reached that level of superiority; and i wouldn't know whats it like to be rich even by that much; but regardless; GREED shouldn't set down to THAT extent. sure you want to earn - jack up for your hard work and efforts can already be like two folds; thats like sufficient right? now everything is like x10, x20. i really don't get the point of doing business like this, it shines you in different light and shows how humble you really are. which IS very disgusting.

whatever lurh. i don't think i make sense. mama says she passed her square genes on to me; which i think has really happened; and i feel sad. D: naive and cheated easy. so simple thinking huh? what happened to magnaminous people like lim bo seng who build clinics and subsidises these and that; and doctors who actually heal because of their occupation. everything is all about money now; and the society is just wrong.

so you're gonna charge like few ten thousands from an old uncle who just needs an operation to make him feel better or something? even though he don't have that money. that's just inane.

[i'm just stating suggestion, i do know old uncles wouldn't even think of going specialists cause they ain't got that money. say it's some baddddd badd thing only this specialist can do, ya? imagine.]

PS. not talking about national hospitals and everything, cause the government stoically sponsors and takes some of the fee's burden themselves. i'm refering to those private outlets at raffles hospital or something.
